The opportunity to meet and work with people from all walks of life and to help solve their problems is what attracted me to the real estate arena. Finding the right property for a buyer and marketing a seller's assets are the challenges that I thrive on. Having lived in the Boulder/Denver area my entire life, I specialize along the Front Range, plains and northern counties with focus on vacant land, rural properties, as well as residential transactions. Being a successful technology trainer, consultant and a published author (nine college text books) gives me the sensitivity and perspective to focus on the unique needs of buyers and sellers in today's complex marketplace.
